And without moving to Olympia WA, we get this tremendous slap of hyper-accelerated Spits-esque ultra-foli trash-garage-punk to lose your mind completely and never come back! Great buzzy punk rock that’s catchy as fuck. In the meantime based in Sydney/Australia THE GOBS made their name in those modern punk times. The energy, hooks, and rawness elevate this above other bands, so if you’re a fan of honest, pure, the bastard child of Ramones’ music gefühl, The Jabbers’ no fucks given-attitude and a snarky, spiteful bunch of beer-chugging ex-punks growing fat and bitter in the Bible-belt, this is for you.
